Born and raised in Newark to the late Dolores (nee Silva) and Anthony Vitacco, Linda moved throughout NJ before settling in Lincoln Park, North Caldwell, and ultimately in Scotrun, Pa. in 2011.
She worked for many years as a waitress for the Train Diner in West Caldwell before retiring.
She was the beloved wife of John N. Puleo, devoted mother of John N. Puleo, Jr. and Carolyn Dipsey and her husband Joseph, loving sister of James Vitacco, and the late Bobbie Bonacore, Anthony Vitacco, and Joanne Caruso, cherished grandmother of Nicholas and Cloe Puleo, and dear sister in law of George and Terri Puleo and Nicholas and Jane Puleo. She was also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A Visitation is being held at the LaMonica Memorial Home, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Avenue in Livingston on Sunday, February 27, 2022 from 2-6 pm with a Prayer Service being offered at 5 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in Linda’s name be made to the American Heart Association.
