Harvey Allen Caplan died peacefully on December 14, 2024, at the age of 82. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Arlene Caplan and their three children Stacie Kiratsous (Stephan), Jodi Caplan, Ken Caplan (Debbie). And five grandchildren, Alexander and Katie Kiratsous, Noah Getz, Leo and Evan Caplan.
Harvey was born and lived in New Jersey, where he and Arlene later raised their family. Harvey was a proud third generation NJ homebuilder, he loved his family and friends, he loved smiling and he loved life. He will be missed.
A funeral service for Harvey will be held Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, 68 Old Short Hills Road, Livingston, NJ 07039. Following the funeral service will be a burial at Beth Israel Cemetery, 1098 Woodbridge Center Dr, Woodbridge Township, NJ 07095.
