John W. Moore III

On December 31, 1983, he married Brenda Faye Stevens and until his passing, the two enjoyed over 40 years of marriage. In addition to his devoted wife, John is survived by his children, Pamelia Dunn, Patricia Nodine, Kimberly Moore, Bryan K. Parker, Bradley K. Parker, Lisa Parker Broach (Terry); nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his three brothers, Donald (Nancy), Kenneth (Tina), and Robert Moore.

Having retired from numerous years of service in convenience store management, John was known by so many for his outgoing personality. An avid sports fan, John was a proud and lifelong supporter of the Atlanta Braves. He also enjoyed bird watching and was well versed with his knowledge of the different birds.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 22, 2024, at Lee Funeral Home and Crematory, 11840 Highway 90, Little River, SC with visitation one hour prior from 1:00 until 2:00. Burial will follow in the Stevens Family Cemetery, 1060 State Highway 139, Loris, SC.
