Elizabeth P. Thornton, age 53, of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023. Elizabeth was born in Winston Salem, North Carolina she was the daughter of John Thornton and Beth Yoran.
Survivors include her loving husband of 31 years Chip Stack, father; John Thornton, mother; Beth Yoran (Jim), sister; Jennie Moser (Ryan), brother; John Thornton, nephews; Cole and Jack Moser, aunts; Amy Verner, Jennie Meacham, Cheryl Kiger, and Jane Campbell; Grandfather, O.A. Verner Jr. along with her very special pet Sadie Stack.
Growing up in Winston Salem, NC Elizabeth attended Mt. Tabor High School. She relocated to North Myrtle Beach, SC in 1999. Where she managed the OD pavilion, and also worked at Carolina Quench.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
