Donald E. “Don” Griffin, 67, died May 7, 2019 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center.
Born on June 5, 1951 in Charlotte, NC, he was the son of the late Elroy “Pete” Griffin and Birdie Polson Griffin.
Don loved hunting, fishing and was an avid NASCAR fan.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Linda Fuller Griffin; three daughters, Donna Lynn Griffin, Stephanie Griffin Dunlap (David) and Melisa Griffin Daniels (Tim); and nine grandchildren, Jordan, Jonathon, Jaylen, Lydia, Cameron, Alexis, Justin, Paisley and Jaxon.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, May 11 in Lee Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at 10:00 am – prior to the service.
