Jose Antonio (Tony) Nieves, 83, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2024, surrounded by his family. Born on May 23, 1941, in Orocovis, Puerto Rico Tony was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. He was a successful business owner for over 50 years, earning the respect and admiration of his community for his hard work, integrity, and commitment to his customers. In his free time, Tony enjoyed spending his weekends at the race track or attending car shows, where he indulged his love for cars and the thrill of racing.
He is survived by his loving wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Tony’s legacy will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.
A visitation for Jose will be held Sunday, December 1, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at KROWICKI MCCRACKEN FUNERAL HOME, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036. Friends and family are invited to gather at the funeral home Monday, December 2, 2024 from 9:00 AM until the time of service. The funeral will follow at Saint Gertrude Cemetery & Mausoleum, 53 Inman Ave, Woodbridge Township, NJ 07067.
