She was an entrepreneur who started multiple businesses beginning with childcare and later Miracle Designs, a sewing and alterations company. Sue was actively involved in the PTO at her children’s school and served as PTO president. She was a den leader and assistant scoutmaster in the cub scouts. Sue loved music, was an avid reader, and was a fantastic cook (except for the lentils phase). She was a devoted mother & grandmother, a loving wife, and loved by many.
Sue is survived by her husband, Rick, of Lincoln, NE; son, Adam (Barbara) Palmer, of Lincoln, NE; son, Nathan (April Schueths) Palmer, of Statesboro, GA; mother, Doris (Don) Sandell, of Lincoln, NE; sister, Sherry (Dennis) Evans, of Lincoln, NE; brother, Scott (Maureen) Moore, of Keller, TX; step-sister, Tonia (Kreg) Green, of Lincoln, NE; step-sister, Diane (Dan) Senstock, or Lincoln, NE; granddaughters, Lilly, Lexi, & Nora Palmer and her many nephews and nieces. She is preceded in death by her father, Rex Moore; brother, Jerry Moore; and nephew, Matthew Moore.
A celebration of Sue’s life will be held at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home at 10am on Wednesday, September 14, 2022.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Families for Effective Autism Treatment-North Texas.
