Gary G. Francisco

Born July 31,1942 in Lincoln, Nebraska, the son of Irene and Glenn Francisco.

Gary grew up in Lincoln and graduated from Lincoln Southeast High School. A few years after graduation he went to Barber College and worked for 57 years at College View Barber Shop enjoying friends, fellowship along with hair cuts. He retired and sold the business in September, 2023.

Gary served in the Army National Guard for 6 years from January 8, 1964 to January 7, 1970. Gary was a collector and loved old muscle cars. He was an active member of The Rebels Auto Club for many years. At the time of his passing he still owned 6 vintage cars. His life was rich in family, friends, travel and good health. He was a member of St. Matthews Episcopal Church.

Survived by his wife of 55 years Sandy (Christman); son Chad (Ashley); twin granddaughters Addison and Alivia; daughter Kristin (Brian) Martin; grandkids Zoe, Bergin and Bodhi of Burnsville, North Carolina; niece Shannon (Rich) Becker; nephews Richie and Zachary. Brothers in law, Gary (Kristine), Alan, and Mark Christman. Many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Gary was preceded in death by his grandson Taylor James Francisco, his parents, brother Lonnie, and sister in laws Janine Christman and Deb Christman. Private family burial in the spring of 2024.
