Jose Antonio De Los Santos, 43, of Lauderdale Lakes, FL, passed away on December 24, 2019 in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Jose was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic on July 16, 1976 to Agustin and Maria De Los Santos.
Jose is survived by his loving children, Hadelin, Leslie, Estensiel, Angelica, Angel & Joshua, and many family and friends.
A visitation will take place on Monday, December 30, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services 4650 N. Federal Highway, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064.
