Helen Erline Beatty Kennedy

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 14, 2020 at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, 7103 Sandy Creek Church Road, Staley, with Pastor Jimmy Austin officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Erline was the daughter of the late, Harvey and Katie Head Beatty and was also preceded in death by her husband, June E. Kennedy.

She is survived by her sons, Larry Kennedy and Kelly Kennedy (Gail); daughter, Debbie Kennedy Harris (Frank); six grandchildren, Carrie Beckwith (Mark), Leah Kimrey (Jeremy), Jenna Lineberry (Kevin), Beth Kennedy, Zach Kennedy (Emily), and Morgan Langley; and five great-grandchildren, Jaylon Lineberry, Kolbi Jo Lineberry, Bailey Kimrey, Ben Beckwith, and Adam June Kennedy; and “Memom” to countless others.

The family would like to thank the staff of Coventry House of Siler City and Liberty Hospice of Sanford for the love and care they showed Erline.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you take the time to visit someone in a Long-term Care Facility. Memorials may also be made to a charity of your choice.
