She was a dedicated member of Round Hill Baptist Church and especially loved her Sue Price Fellowship Sunday School class. She never missed her early morning devotions. After her retirement, she enjoyed traveling across the United States. She was passionate, like her grandmother, about her flower gardens. She could root just about plant, and she loved to save her seeds to replant every year, especially Black-Eyed Susans. She also was an expert of vintage glassware and managed a booth at Old Mill Antiques.
