Ronald W. Kaney, 61, beloved son and father, died Monday April 15 at Lexington Medical Center. A native of Lexington, Ronald, fondly known by most who knew him as "Ronnie", was the only son of the late Willie Kaney, Jr. and Marilyn Sease Casey. He was the brother of the late Susan R. Kaney.
He was a veteran of the US Air Force and a former employee of B&L Auto Sales. His late father was the former owner of Kaney's Body Shop & Wrecker Service of which he also helped run.
Ronnie is survived by his mother, Marilyn, and his daughter, Susan.
He was an avid fan of reading, watching his favorite movies and shows, lover of Boston Terrier dogs and fishing.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday April 23, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home - Lexington Chapel, 503 North Lake Drive, Lexington, SC 29072.
