LEXINGTON - Alice Varnadore Harmon, 90, of Lexington, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2019. She was born in Gadsden, SC on May 14, 1928 to the late Robert Varnadore and Alice Carter Varnadore. She was a member of Lexington Baptist Church and retired from Bell South.
Surviving is her son, Irvin “Stack” Harmon, Jr. (Peggy) of Greer; daughter, Deborah Harmon Deinzer (Fred) of Gilbert; two grandchildren, Ann Marie H. Dorriety (Jason) of Belton and Kimberly W. Ray (Walter) of Williston and three great-grandchildren, Betsy and Will Dorriety and Bailey Lynn Ray. She was predeceased by her husband, Irvin S. Harmon, Sr.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Lexington Baptist Church with interment in Woodridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be made to Lexington Baptist Church, 308 E.
