Lewiston, ME – David P. Stone, 75, of Lewiston passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2024 at his home after a brief illness. He was the husband of Delores A. (Wagenfeld) Stone.
He was born in Portsmouth, NH on October 14, 1949 a son of the late Gerald O. & Kathryn T. (Henson) Stone. After school he enlisted in the US Marine Corps.
After being honorably discharged, David went to work for Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, NH. After leaving the shipyard he moved on to teach at what is now known as Central Maine Community College.
He was a member of the BMW Rider Association.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two brothers Gerald Stone and his wife Radia of Northwood, NH and Richard Stone and his wife Myra of Barrington, NH as well as several nieces and nephews.
Private graveside services will be held in Northwood, NH.
