AUBURN- Barbara A. Morgan, 82, of 24 Ventura Street, Lewiston died Friday February 10, 2012 at Clover Manor Health Care Facility following a long illness. She was born in Somerville, Massachusetts on November 3, 1929 the daughter of Edgar J. and Hazel F. ( Kinckle) Thomson and had been a resident of this community since 1965. She was a homemaker all of her life having raised seven children. She was a member of the Queens Guild Sodality at St. Joseph’s Church in Lewiston. Barbara enjoyed spending quality time with all of her grandchildren and staying active in all of their lives. She is survived by her husband Martin Morgan whom she married on April 19, 1954 of Lewiston; four sons Brian Morgan of Lafayette, Indiana, Kevin Morgan and his wife Patricia of Bedford, New Hampshire, John Morgan and his wife Kandy of Kansas City, Missouri and James Morgan and his wife Franca of West Newton, Massachusetts; three daughters Karen Eagan and her husband Kevin of Amherst, New Hampshire, Mary Morgan of Lewiston and Ann Maroon and her husband Ed of Lewiston; 19 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Barbara A. age 82 a resident of Lewiston. A Memorial Mass honoring Barbara’s life will be celebrated on Thursday February 16, 2012 at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick’s Church in Stoneham, MA. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford, MA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Barbara’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association 170 US Route One, Suite 250 Falmouth, Maine 04105.
