John Joseph Heck passed away suddenly at his home in Levittown on Friday, March 2, 2018 at the age of 71.Born in Hazleton, Mr. Heck has been a longtime resident of Middletown Township.He was a proud US Marine Corps Vietnam War veteran and was a recipient of the Purple Heart. Mr. Heck was a lifetime member of the NRA.He was employed as a Millwright Welder for 4 years with US Steel and 30 years with General Motors.Beloved husband of Palma M. (Onorati), Mr. Heck is the loving father of Michael Heck and stepfather of Dane, Shane and Wayne Seiber.He will also be sadly missed by his four grandsons and one granddaughter.Family and friends are invited to attend his graveside service, Tuesday, March 13, 2018, precisely 1:00 pm in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown.Memorial contributions in Mr. Heck's name may be made to the Vietnam Veterans of America, 8719 Colesville Rd., Suite 100, Silver Spring, Maryland 20910.
