Joanne M. BrighamJoanne M. Brigham died on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at the Attleboro Nursing Home in Langhorne. She was 82.Born in Philadelphia and raised in Glenside, Mrs. Brigham was a 1952 graduate of Abington High School. She was an original Levittown homeowner and a Langhorne resident for the past 42 years.Mrs. Brigham was a member of Saint James Episcopal Church, Langhorne.Until retiring in 1978, Mrs. Brigham was a Court Clerk Administrator in the Municipal Court for the late Justice of the Peace, Dominick Spadaccino for 12 years. She later worked in the banking industry as a secretary and as a legal secretary for Paul R. Weber, Esq. in Langhorne.She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 374 of Yardley and the Ladies Auxiliary FOP #53 of Bucks County.Mrs. Brigham was a devoted Phillies fan.Beloved wife of the late Richard, Mrs. Brigham is the loving mother of Linda Lorenzo (A.J.), James Brigham (Steven Walsh), Scott Brigham and Richard Brigham Jr. (Margie).She is the devoted grandmother of Stephanie, Michele, Jessica, Eric and Richie; proud great grandmother of Ariannah, Oliver and Ryland; and the sister of Pauline Wanner.Mrs. Brigham will also be sadly missed by several nieces, nephews and extended family.Her family wished to thank the nurses and staff at Attleboro Nursing and Rehabilitation as well as Optum Hospice for their dedicated care and compassion given to their mother.Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, from 5:30 until 7:00 pm at Saint James , Episcopal Church, 330 S. Bellevue Avenue, Langhorne, PA 19047, where her memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm. Interment will be held privately.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mrs. Brigham's name may be made to Saint James Episcopal Church at the above address.
