Helen Yatsko

Helen “Baba” Yatsko, age 97 of Levittown, PA passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, April 18, 2023. She was born on March 23, 1926, in Centralia, PA, daughter of the late Alec and Matrona Puketza.

Mrs. Yatsko spent her adult life dedicated to motherhood and giving her children a warm and loving home. Her faith was a pillar in her life and she was a devoted member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Byzantine Catholic Church in Levittown, PA. Mrs. Yatsko was also a Gold Star Mother member. Above all, she treasured the time spent with her beloved family. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother and friend. Loved by many, she will be forever missed.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Yatsko was predeceased by her husband, Joseph P. Yatsko Sr.; her son, Joseph P. Yatsko Jr.; her granddaughter, Mindy Joi Yatsko; her grandson, Michael T. Yatsko Jr; and her great great grandson, Grady L. Yatsko. She is survived by her sons: John Yatsko, and Michael T. Yatsko of Levittown, PA; her 4 grandsons; her granddaughter; her 8 great grandsons; her 3 great granddaughters; her great great grandson; and many other loving nieces, nephews, friends, and relatives who were always in Helen's heart.

A memorial service will take place on Saturday, April 29, 2023, from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM, at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Rd, Levittown, PA 19056. Inurnment will be private.
