Born in Roaring Springs, PA, son of the late Dorothy L. (Meinhart-Helsel) and Daniel A. Snyder, Mr. Snyder has been a longtime resident of Middletown Township and was a 1959 graduate of Neshaminy High School.
He had been employed with Capital Health in Trenton for many years, retiring in 2006.
Mr. Snyder was a Nascar fan and enjoyed working on cars.
Loving father of Kristen E. Snyder-Ligi (Richard), Mr. Snyder is the devoted grandfather of Casey Leaver; and dear brother of Barry W. Snyder (Linda) and Karen A. Van Brunt (Michael).
He will also be sadly missed by his niece and several nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, July 10, 2020, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown.
