Dorothy M. Connors

Born in New York, NY, Mrs. Connors was an original homeowner in Levittown. She was a member of Saint Michael the Archangel Parish, Levittown, where she served as a Eucharistic Minister for 30 years and was a member of the Sodality. Mrs. Connors was the librarian at Saint the Archangel School for 34 years, retiring in 2000. She also enjoyed making items for the children's Christmas Shopping day at the school. She loved doing arts and crafts.

Beloved wife of the late William H., Mrs. Connors is the loving mother of Kathy A. Canell, Daniel F. Connors (Carolyn), Kevin R. Connors (Patty), Pat Collins (Kevin), Debbie Jaconski (Jim), Terry Heitman (Jim) and Margaret Elko (Michael); the devoted grandmother of 20; and the proud great grandmother of 22.

She is the sister of the late Richard Brumblay.

Mrs. Connors will also be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, October 17, 2021, from 4:00 until 6:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Friends may also call on Monday, October 18, 2021 from 9:00 until 10:00 am at Saint Michael the Archangel Church, 66 Levittown Parkway, Levittown, where her funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am. The Rite of Committal will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
