Deanna E. CarsonDeanna E. Carson passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Saint Mary Medical Center in Langhorne.Born and raised in Bristol, she moved to Boca Raton, FL in 1983 where she worked for the state as a child support enforcement officer for 20 years.After her retirement, she returned to Levittown to enjoy her 3 grandsons and all of their activities and having lunch with her friends. Her grandsons were her greatest pride and joy.Deanna loved Elvis, country music and being the family historian. Deanna was the beloved mother of Kelly McDowell and the late Julie Anne Bruch and the devoted grandmother of Ryan Larason, Dylan and Connor MCDowell.She will also be sadly missed by her sister, Virginia Asay; brother, John "Buzz" Carson (Marion) and numerous nieces and nephews.Deanna was also predeceased by her parents, Gladys A. (Beam) and Lalen J. Carson; and her siblings, Arthur, George, Harry and Russell Rhodes and Gladys Oppmann.Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, from 9:30 until 10:30 am at Queen of the Universe Church, 2443 Trenton Road, Levittown, where her funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am. The Rite of Committal will follow in Emilie United Methodist Church Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Deanna's name may be made to Easter Seals of Southeastern Pennsylvania, 2901 Edgely Road, Levittown, PA 19057.
