Clarence C. "Sonny" Dreisbach

Clarence C. "Sonny" Dreisbach, Jr. of Levittown passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Aria Hospital Bucks County Campus. He was 75.Born in Morrisville and a graduate of Morrisville High School, Sonny has been a life long resident of Lower Bucks County and has resided in Bristol Township for the past 49 years with his wife MaryBeth.He worked at U.S. Steel's Fairless Works for over 30 years until its closing.Sonny was an avid golfer who enjoyed teaching others to play as much as playing it himself.Most important to Sonny was caring for his wife and family.Father of the late Debra Cosgrove, Sonny is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, MaryBeth Dreisbach; his children Chuck Dreisbach (Maryann) of Levittown, Kenny Dreisbach (Cynthia) of Levittown and Dawn Bancroft of Doylestown; his grandchildren Alexis Ayton, Chach, Krystin and Courtney Bancroft, Sarah Amos, Renae Dreisbach and Ronny Dreisbach; 2 great grandchildren Nico and Noah; his brother Ronald Dreisbach (Judy) of Levittown; and several nieces and nephews.Family and friends are invited to call from 9:30 until 11 a.m. on Saturday at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where his funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Rosedale Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 480 Norristown Road, Suite 150, Blue Bell, PA 19422.
