Barbara R. Welsh

Born in Philadelphia to Elizabeth (Ward) and Paul Coffey, Barbie has been a long time resident of Lower Bucks County. She worked at PECO for 34 years as a Systems Analyst until retiring.

Barbie was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan, golfer and enjoyed spending her winter months in Florida.

Beloved wife of Willliam T. Welsh "Bill" for 32 years, Barbie was a loving mother of Michael Buchheim (Amy) and Krista Ragsdale; stepmother of Tracey Buczek (John), Jessica Welsh and Michael Welsh; grandmother of 10 and great grandmother of 2.

Barbie was the sister of AnneMarie Lewis (Steve), Cathleen Pomante, (Bud) and Stephen Coffey (Laura).

Barbie was predeceased by her brother Paul Coffey, sister Elizabeth Coffey and stepson Brian Welsh. She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Family and friends may call on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm, James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA, where her memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm.
