Graveside services for Marie Brown (Mrs. Murrell Brown) 91, of Levelland will be on Saturday, January 18, 2014 @ 12:00 pm in the City of Levelland Cemetery.
Burial is under direction of George Price Funeral Home, Levelland. Marie died on January 16, 2014 in Levelland.
Marie was born on November 4, 1922 to John F. and Louisa Allen. She married Murrell Brown on February 4, 1936 in Olton, Texas.
She was a homemaker and a member of College Avenue Baptist Church, Levelland. She had been an active member of the Levelland Garden Club and was also a talented oil painter.
Survivors include: her son: Bill Brown and his wife Karen of Levelland and two daughters Lybby Brown and Donna Hicks, both of Levelland, twelve grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.
