Rowan, Mary E. of Leeds, known by her family and friends as “Patsy,” passed away on September 27, 2012. She was 80 years old. Mrs. Rowan was married to her late husband Raymond Rowan for 57 years.
She is survived by her son, Jim Rowan (Cindy) of Richardson, TX, daughter, Patti Reaves (Tommy) of Leeds, AL; grandsons, Adam and Brandon Reaves of Leeds, AL, several nieces and nephews. She was a member of Leeds Presbyterian Church for 59 years.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2012 beginning at 11:00AM until 1:00PM with a graveside service to follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial gifts be made to the UAB Huntington’s Disease Program, Sparks Center Suite 339, 1720 2nd Ave, South Birmingham, AL 35294 or to the Leeds Presbyterian Church.
