She was born July 16, 1931 in Monroe County, MS to the late Verla and Bunk B. Sandlin. She is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Bill Robinson; brother, Harold Sandlin; and grandson, Shayne Robinson.
Madene is survived by her son, Steve Robinson (Gail); daughter, Cathy England (Larry); three grandchildren, one great grandchild and one great great grandchild.
Family would like to thank the wonderful care she received at UAB in Gardendale and Birmingham.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30, 2024 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds from 12:00PM until 1:00PM with graveside services to follow at Sunrise Memory Garden Cemetery in Pinson, AL.
