Jerry was born in Leeds on April 16, 1941. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert H. and Eleanor (Dillard) Carr.
Survivors include: his wife, Sue (Boley) Carr of Leeds; sons, Michael (Rachel) Carr of Moody and Jon (Lisa) Carr of Calera; one grandson, Zane Carr; three brothers, Paul (Kay) Carr, Robert (Wanda) Carr of Leeds, and Tommy Carr of Birmingham; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Services for Jerry will be held the Leeds Kilgore Funeral Home on Saturday, March 28th. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 am and the funeral will be at 11 am.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Leeds First United Methodist Church or the charity of your choosing.
