Charles Thomas Livingston, age 65, of Leeds, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. Charles was born October 14, 1956. He spent 30 years of his life fighting fires. Charles died as he lived, a legend, with a personality and heart so big this world could not contain it any longer. The years we got will never be enough, that’s how it goes with the best of us, a 1000 lifetimes would not be enough. In his passing he leaves behind his loving wife of 42 years Becky, his talented and devoted son Wesley, his bright and bubbly baby girl Chrissy (awesome and most favorite son In-law Adam), a brother from another mother and cousin Larry Walker (Janis Walker), rough and rowdy brother in law Mark Lowery, an honorary brother and life time friend Steve Ritch, a multitude more of family and friends too many to mention. He is greeted in death by his father Al, mother Sara, best friend and Father In-law James Patterson, annoying little sister Patricia Lowery, long lost brother JL Hertz. A loving and grateful thank you to the amazing family we have at the UAB Palliative care unit. We ask that In lieu of flowers please make donations directly to Becky, or you can also send money to her cash app at $bplivingston, to acquire a blanket warmer for the Palliative care unit at UAB. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 30, 2021 form 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM with the memorial service beginning at 7:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home 1750 Ashville Road Leeds, Alabama 35094.
