Bernard Courtois

Bernard Courtois, born March 3, 1920, aged 91, died peacefully on Monday, October 10, 2011. Loving Husband, 68 years, of the late Lilyan Hauger Courtois; He is survived by his daughter Renée (Steve) Brodeur of Corrales, NM; son Gary (Carmen) Courtois of Silver Spring, MD; grandsons Travis (Kristine Dunn) Gemoets of Los Angeles, CA; Darren (Elizabeth) Gemoets of Kensington, MD; Andrew (Melissa) Brodeur of Nashua, NH; granddaughter Alana Courtois of Washington, DC; great-grandchildren Nathan and Matthew Brodeur of Nashua, NH, Lily and Ryan Gemoets of Kensington, MD; brother Harry (Faye) Courtois of Plantation, FL, and many other beloved friends and family.

There will be a viewing at the chapel of Riderwood Village, 3110 Gracefield Road, Silver Spring, MD on Tuesday, October 18, at 10:30 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00. After the ceremony, there will be a reception at Riderwood Village, followed by interment at Maryland National Memorial Park in Laurel, MD.
