Victor was born and raised in Manila to Angustia and Rogelio Sevilla. He was one of nine children. He moved to California in the 1980s where he met his wife, Teresa, in Oxnard, CA. After a few years they moved to Las Vegas. Victor retired from the US Post Office after 17 years of service.
Victor is survived by wife Teresa, daughter Tracy, son VJ and son-in-law Anthony, brothers Manuel (Nenet) and Jaime, sisters Angelita (Levy), Teresita, and Gilda (Nino) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He loved his dogs Biggie, Molly, FeeBee, and his cats Sam and Ripley. He was reunited with his parents Rogelio and Angustia, sisters Dida and Lina, and brother Rolly.
