Torrance Lamount Johnson was born March 9, 1971 to the late Benjamin Fleming and Beulah Johnson Perkins in Las Vegas, Nevada. Torrance was a proud graduate of Chapparal High School in 1990. Soon after graduation he started working for McCarran Airport as an aircraft fueler. He met the love of his life, Latonna Flanagan, and they later became engaged. Being a boisterous and affable person, Torrance enjoyed fishing and going to the movies. Torrance passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2016 surrounded by his friends and family. He was preceded in death by his grandmothers Idelle Johnson and Mary Carroll; father Benjamin Fleming; Step-father Morris Perkins; fiancé Latonna Flanagan and step-son Codie Jones. He leaves to cherish his memories his mother Beulah Perkins; four brothers: Leslie Morris (Too), Kevin Fleming (Kimberly), Johnny Brown, and Antwon Tellis; ten sisters: Christin, Brenda, Michelle, Alethea, Lillie, Dorothy, Bonnie, Troyce, Onyetee and Armeika; aunts Pat and Wanda; nephew Aaron Morris; nieces Lesley Morris and Urselah Morris; step-daughters Teionna Jones and Patess Jones; step-grandchildren Ulayzha, Iyanunnis and Codie Jr.; and a many other family members and close friends. Torrance’s sense of humor will forever be remembered and cherished.
