Toalei Precious Moe Tuitasi

Sale and Lani were blessed on August 9, 1989 with an unexpected pregnancy that changed their lives forever. After just 7 months of carrying Lani gave birth prematurely. At 4ltn of pure joy, Toalei entered the world. Though there were many health complications she had to endure, Toalei was a fighter.

Given all she had to go through at two days old Aunty Koli and Maua gave her the name Precious Toalei. Already Toalei at a young age stood out not only physically different but most of all her heart was one of a kind. She had a love that reassured you that she always had your back. Born with a clubfoot, a physical disability she did not let that stop her from living her life. She was a great daughter to her parents, if you saw them Toalei was not too far behind, she lived a life taking care of them despite her health condition. Toalei never wanted her parents to worry about anything so she made sure they did not have to. She loved her family, took care of her nephews and nieces and helped raise them all. Toalei was not a person of many words but her actions spoke loudly. She loved hard. If you were good to her it was guaranteed she’d return the favor. The last 5 years took a toll on her body after recovering from a stroke, her health declined drastically with dialysis three times a week. Yet Toalei still fought, on May 3, 2023 what was supposed to be a minor surgery unfortunately ended in the loss of her life. As she came into this world unexpectedly, she left the same. Although our hearts are shattered we remember while she was here how much joy she brought. We reminisce all the memories and good times shared. Toalei in the little time we had you definitely changed our lives forever.
