Thomas Randal Adams, age 68 of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on March 24, 2024, surrounded by his wife and children. Thomas, also known as Randy to his family and friends or Bones to his colleagues, was born to Thomas and Jean Adams on October 10, 1955, in Victorville, California.
Randy was married to his high school sweetheart for 45 loving years. He loved baseball and had hoped to pitch for the Dodgers before injuring his arm. Aside from baseball he loved football, hockey, golf and racing. He was an extremely dedicated and hard worker, loved spending time with his family and always had a great sense of humor. Randy had a wealth of knowledge and knew all facts related to history and sports. He always had a sense of adventure and loved to ride the highest and fastest rollercoaster possible and enjoyed jumping out of an airplane. Randy worked in the commercial tire business for 45 years. Some say “that he was the best tire man there was”.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas, brothers, Mark and Tod and grandson Alex. Randy is survived by his mother Jean, wife Cathy and children, Jennifer (Brian) and Ryan (Bree), and grandchildren Riley and MaKayla and their mother Marci.
Randy will be forever missed by his loving family and friends. Services to be held on Saturday, April 6th at Palm Mortuary-Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89131. Visitation to begin at 11am with a funeral service at 12pm and a burial to follow at 1pm at Palm Northwest Cemetery.
