Sandy was full of life and loved hanging out with his family. He also loved riding in the car with his dad and pointing out the buses.

His father, Sandy Smith, III, three sisters, Teresa Smith of Las Vegas, NV, Michelle Smith of Atlanta, GA and Liga Smith of Palmdale, CA., two brothers, Glen Anthony Smith of Memphis, TN. And Sandy “Cecil” Smith, V of Las Vegas, NV. And a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
His mother Susan Smith III preceded Sandy in death in 2007.
