Rica, your spirit continues to be a gift that God bestowed on your parents Emeteria and Guillermo. They always believed that you would have a kind heart, and a persistent spirit. You were destined, to achieve big achievements and light up bright life for everyone around you. No matter what has happened, you have met Life's challenges graciously. You will always be a shining Moon, even in the darkest moments.

Dearest mother, we love you endlessly, your daughters Jocy Shoulders, Camilia Shoulders, Dolores Johnson and family near and furthest in the Philippines. Your legacy of love lives on in every generation through your grandchildren, Donovan Ryales, Ariana Ryales, Reggie Johnson Jr., Jovan Johnson, Elani Johnson, and great-grandson Silas Taylor; who will never forget the love she brought to their lives.

Rica was preceded in death by her beloved son Henry Robert Shoulders Jr., her parents Emeteria Roda & Guillermo Vergara and a few woefully missed siblings, and life-long friends.

A visitation for Rica will be held Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Palm Mortuary - South Jones, 1600 South Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV. A funeral service will occur October 17, 2024 at 1:00 PM with a graveside service to follow at 3:00 PM at the Palm Downtown Cemetery at 1325 N. Main St., Las Vegas, NV.
