Regino Malonzo Manansala, age 77, of Las Vegas, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 in Las Vegas. He was born on May 26, 1947 in Buting, Metro Manila, Philippines and had lived in Fairfield, California before moving to Las Vegas just two years ago.
Mr. Manansala worked as a printer operator for Solano Community College in Fairfield, California for almost ten years prior to his retirement. He enjoyed 49ers football and Warriors basketball. He liked to fish and take long road trips when not camping.
He was preceded in death by his sister: Angie Trodden and brother: Rolando Manansala. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Leena and children: Giancarlo Manansala and Genedale (Rachel) Manansala; grandchildren Alyssa Tyler and Stella Paige Manansala and siblings: Minda Maramag, Helen (Val) Soriano, Emma (Robbie) Ramos, Nida (Gilbert) Sanchez and Editha (Joey) Ramos.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 1:30PM until 3PM with a memorial service beginning at 3PM, all at Palm Southwest Mortuary, 7979 W. Warm Springs Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89113.
