Minerva “Eva” Bernardo Arceo, 69, a Cosmetologist by trade, of Las Vegas, passed away March 23, 2016. She was born November 8, 1946 in the Philippines and had been a resident of Nevada since 2004, but was previously a native San Franciscan. She is survived by her husband; Josefino "Pen", children; Joseph "Jojo", Melanie "Jean-jeanne", her grandchildren; "Jayjay, Jaylah, Ciara and Mika, her two brothers; Iko and Alex and their families, and sister; Alma and her family. A Memorial Service and Reception were held at Palm Southwest Mortuary in Las Vegas, Nevada. Eva was cremated and will kept at her daughter's home in San Francisco.
