Michael Jay Higgins was born on June 23rd 1958 to Linda Knapton and David Higgins in Wisconsin. He passed away on October 8th 2023. He was an avid NASCAR and Green Bay Packers fan. He spent his life being a faux finish artist in both Wisconsin and Las Vegas, his artwork is featured throughout the Las Vegas strip. He is survived by his wife, Vicki Higgins, his daughters, Savannah and Haylee, his son Michael, many, many grandchildren, and his two brothers, Stephen and James.
