Michael was born in California to Richard Fuller and Mary Louise Webster on June 21, 1943. Michael joined the US Marine Corps on his 17th birthday and served on the USS Ranger. He was honorably discharged after serving 4 years and 2 additional years as a reserve for the US Marine Corps. Michael worked as a butcher and a lumberjack. He opened a restaurant in Big Bear, CA called BJ’s and was involved in the wood business with his then wife, Marlene named Firewood from Mars.
Michael lived in Los Angeles, Big Bear & Lucerne, California and his loved for the ocean led him to retire in San Felipe, Mexico until moving to Las Vegas in 2019 to be with his family.
Michael loved running and participated in many 5k and 10k until he was in his 50s. He enjoyed watching old favorite sitcoms, like Cheers with his grandson. Michael would cheer for his favorite football team, Los Angeles Chargers.
Michael Fuller is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Richard Durgan Fuller; and his wife, Beverly Fuller.
Michael Fuller is survived by his wife, Marlene Fuller; his two sons, Justin Fuller & Jason Fuller and his daughter-in-law, Melissa Davis; his stepson, John Wallace; his two grandchildren, Nona Fuller & Matthew Davis; and his remaining cousins in California.
The family of Michael Fuller wishes to extend our sincerest gratitude to the nurses Angel and Kassandra at Alta Home Health for their loving care and support during his last few months. They made this difficult time a little easier.
Mike was a good son, father, grandfather and friend. He was loved by his family and will be missed by all.
Michael Fuller Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
