Melody Joyce Santos Azucena, age 55, of Las Vegas, passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024.
She was born May 31, 1968, in Cavite City, Philippines, and had been a Las Vegas area resident for the past fifteen years.
Mrs. Azucena enjoyed traveling and cooking for her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Romeo Del Rosario Santos, Sr.
Survivors include her husband of fifteen years, Crizaldey “Ozzie” Azucena; children, France Josiah “Kiko” Santos, Paola Azucena, and Marja Azucena; mother, Perlita “Faye” Santos; and siblings, Charmaine Santos, Abigail Santos, and Romeo “Jojit” Santos, Jr.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 pm on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, and the funeral service will begin at 1 pm on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, all at Palm Southwest Mortuary, 7979 W. Warm Springs Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89113.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Melody’s name are suggested to the American Cancer Society or the ASPCA.
