Marie Lutz, 95, was called home on Friday, May 27, 2016. Our Heavenly Father sent an angel to take her hand so that she could be reunited with her loved ones, parents Albert and Christina Grames; sisters Buela and Lillian; and grandson John Ray Tobin. Marie is survived by her beloved children Richard (Lucy) Lutz and Ellen (Bob) Bouterie; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; brothers Clyde and Thomas; and sister Beatrice.
Marie was born in Price, Utah and moved to Las Vegas in 1951. She was a resident for 65 years. For 25 years, she worked as a waitress in Las Vegas casinos.
In her retirement, she resided in the J.C. Senior Mobile Home Park for 25 years.
She had a full and enjoyable life with her family and many wonderful friends.
Marie opened her heart and home to those who wanted to come in. She will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at Palm Eastern Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Avenue from 12:00 – 2:00; a funeral service will be held from 2:00 – 3:00 followed by burial.
