Maria Felix Martinez

Maria was born on January 2, 1942 at Regional Hospital in Ameca, Jalisco. She was the daughter of Salvador and Carmen Martinez. Maria grew up in Ameca Jalisco, Mexico. Maria was raised with four siblings. She had one sister, Maria De Jesus, and three brothers, Santiago, Justino and Ignacio. On February 1, 1960 Maria exchanged wedding vows with Rigoberto Cazares at Soledad Church of Ameca, Jalisco. Empathic and loyal, Maria was committed to making her new family happy. Maria worked hard to be a good mother to her children and she did her best to fulfill their needs. Maria was blessed with eight children, five daughters, Irma Maricela, Maria De Lourdes, Maria De Jesus, Emilia, Adriana and three sons, Victor, Juan and Agustin. Maria passed away on July 31, 2012 at Las Vegas, Nevada. She was battling cancer. She is survived by her husband Rigoberto and children, Irma Maricela, Maria De Jesus, Maria De Lourdes, Victor, Juan, Agustin, Salvador, Emilia and Adriana. Services were held at Palm Mortuary - Downtown. Maria was cremated and taken home to be with her family. Simply stated, Maria was a good and kind person, an individual who will for all time be remembered by her family and friends as being a caring and giving person, someone who was a vital part of their lives. Maria leaves behind her a legacy of life-long friendships and many cherished memories. Everyone whose life she touched will always remember Maria Felix Martinez.
