Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, Margaret B. Prestipino passed away at 94, Jan. 30, 2012, in Las Vegas. She was a 22-year resident of Las Vegas. The daughter of Pennsylvania coal mine owners, William and Mary Vogel, she was born Jan. 22, 1918 in Houtzdale, Pa. and enjoyed having five older brothers. She had diverse careers in retail stores, manufacturing, and property management, and mastered all. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, of 49 years, and veteran of World War II, Raymond C. Prestipino. She is survived by daughter, Mary M. Miller of Las Vegas; grandson, Raymond Miller of Las Vegas; granddaughter, Sheri McMillian; and great-grandson, Kyle Sepessey of San Mateo, Calif. Private family service will be at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd., Boulder City. The family suggests donations to Alzheimer's Disease Association for research and cure of dementia disease.
