Linda Marie Bach

Visitation will be on Friday, April 29, 2022, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at Palm Northwest Mortuary, at 6701 N. Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89131. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas, where Linda will be reunited with her beloved husband, Norman.

Linda was born in Peoria, Illinois, to Harry and Lenna Sperry on May 16, 1949. She graduated from East Peoria Community High School in 1967, and she married Norman Bach on January 29, 1971, in Mount Vernon, Illinois. She graduated from Southern Illinois University in May 1971 with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and worked as a teacher for over 20 years.

Linda and Norm lived happily in Illinois for many years raising their family in Marquette Heights and Romeoville. They then moved to Omaha, Nebraska where they lived for about a decade before moving to North Las Vegas in 2005, eventually settling in Sun City Aliante. Linda enjoyed reading, playing cards, and traveling, especially cruising, all over the world.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Norm.

Linda is survived by her sister, Virginia Wilbur, of Groton, Connecticut; her children, Laura Bach (Brian Wright), of Hanover Park, Illinois, and Jason Bach (Anne Loraditch), of Austin, Texas; her grandchildren, Ryley Bach and Miranda Bach, of Austin, Texas; and her boyfriend, Roy Aguilar, of North Las Vegas.
