Katrina Ann Pies left this world on December 12, 2024 after 2 ½ years of battling Pancreatic Cancer surrounded by her husband Lonald Merle Pies, her daughters Randie Hillison and Bonnie Rose Rebel Pies, her son Lonan Merl Pies, her sister Diana Sandoval Pina, and her grandson Andrew Hillison. Katrina was born and raised in Phoenix, Az. After meeting her soulmate and bestfriend in Utah in 1983, they spent the next 40+ years in Louisiana, Washington D.C., Virginia, Arizona, California and finally ending in Nevada. She was a strong, kind and giving soul and her loss will be felt forever in our hearts. She not only battled pancreatic cancer, she beat breast cancer. She is survived by her loving husband Lonald Merle Pies, her mother Rose Sandoval, her sisters Diana Pina and Patricia Sandoval, her brothers Carlos Sandoval and Alex Sandoval, her daughters Randie Hillison and Bonnie Pies, her son Lonan Pies, her step-daughter Dodie Mickelson and grandchildren Andrew, Mason, Ellie and Leland. In lieu of a formal service a celebration of life will be held.
