Joseph Borden Atkins, 62, of Las Vegas, passed away January 6, 2015. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Palm Mortuary - South Jones, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89146. Reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his honor to the Nevada SPCA.
