Ileana was born on August 9, 1960 in Havana Cuba. In 1964, she fled Cuba and came to the United States with her parents and siblings. She was a 1977 graduate of Bishop Gorman High School. She worked at Credit One Bank as a credit representative for many years until her disability.
Ileana was preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Amelia. She is survived by her brother Gilbert Martinez (Denise), sisters Amelia Werle (Steve) and Evelyn Bradford (Jimmy). Her nephews Joshua Werle, Jason Martinez, Christopher Martinez (Jane), and Andrew Bradford and her nieces Jessica Zwijac (Joseph), Alexandra Harper (Steve), Melissa Byers, and Sara Bradford. She is also survived by many loving family members.
In life, Ileana loved her family fiercely and especially her nine grandnieces and grandnephews; Natalie, Caleb, Matthew and Emily Zwijac; Cade and Emerson Harper; Sean and Breyanna Byers and Brooklyn Martinez.
May the Lord accept this angel, Ileana. She was a beacon of light through her illness and we will dearly miss her each day.
Services will be held on January 7th at 10:00 am at St. Thomas More Catholic Church.
