Donald Ray Abernathy

Donald Ray Abernathy, age 63, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023. Donald was born in Missouri to Virginia A. Abernathy on July 9, 1959. Donald can be described as someone who would listen, would dedicate time for others, and if he saw someone down on their luck he wouldn’t fail to give a couple of bucks to help. Donald was a very honest and hardworking man who would enjoy life, his friends and especially his family. Donald loved to spend his time fishing, hunting and traveling. He would enjoy watching old movies like Westerns and Pirate movies. Donald liked to go to yard sales which helped with his appreciation for furniture and woodworking. Donald was preceded in death by his mom; his uncles; his niece; and his grandparents. Donald is survived by his loving wife, Debbie; three daughters Britney, Brandy & Twana; his two sons Ryan (Aimee) & William (Jody); his three sisters Carla, Brenda (Ray) Cook & Dodie (Brian) Hale; several grandkids; a dear cousin, Tina (Jeff) Horton; and many other Family & Friends.
