Deborah (Debbie) Inez Brown Vargas, 56, a longtime resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, and while younger, she grew up in Tucson, Arizona. Debbie passed away on September 9, 2018 in her home after a bravely fought battle with cancer.
Debbie was born in Tucson, Arizona on July 17, 1962 to Joseph and Loretta Brown. She found her soul mate and partner for life at the age of 18 years, when she married Mike Vargas in Tucson.
Debbie graduated from Sunnyside High School in Tucson, receiving her high school diploma.
Debbie had a wide range of interests such as homemaking, i.e. cooking meals for family and loved ones. A passion of hers was interior design and decorating. She enjoyed hobbies such as sewing and photography. She was also the official family historian.
Debbie held many career positions. While contributing to society, she held many positions such as a librarian, worked as an assembler at National Semiconductor, also to include Hughes Aircraft and a few others.
While a resident of Las Vegas, she was employed by Bally Technologies; no she could not assist anyone hit it B-I-G!
Debbie is survived by her husband Mike; daughters Monica and Savannah; son Alex; and nine grandchildren, all of whom live in Las Vegas, and brought great joy to her.
A funeral service will be held at 4:00pm on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Palm Eastern Mortuary.
