August 8th, 1944 - December 31st, 2023
Charles (Chuck) Michael Piccione, 79, passed peacefully on December 31st, 2023 after a short
battle with dementia/Alzheimer's Disease. Charles was born August 8th,1944 to Michael and Angeline (Milatzo) Piccione in Beloit,Wisconsin. He attended Beloit Memorial High School where he received his diploma in 1962. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the United States Air Force and proudly served his country for four years.
In 1968, Charles married his first wife, Darlene Wanninger. They had three children
together: Michael, Brett, and Debra. He remarried on January 14th, 1997 to Delores Brabazon.
They relocated to Las Vegas later that year. Charles worked as a meat cutter his entire career. He began his trade in high school and returned to it after serving in the military. He retired in 2009 at the age of 65.
Charles spent his free time golfing, maintaining his lawn, and enjoying all the life that living in Las Vegas brings. Although, he remained a loyal, lifelong fan of the Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers, and
Wisconsin Badgers.
Charles is survived by his sons; Michael Piccione of Clinton, Brett (Tina) Piccione of Beloit, his daughter; Debra (Patrick) Johnson of Janesville, step-daughters, Dia Jacobson Rose and Susan Jacobson and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who loved him beyond measure, and dear friends, Joe and Judy Licari.
He was proceeded in death by his wife; Delores, grandson; Isaac Johnson, his parents,
sister; Mary Jean, and her husband; Charles Mathewson.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2024, from 2pm-3pm. A small service will follow at 3pm. All will be held at Palm South Jones Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Boulevard, Las
Vegas, NV 89146.
